Over charged

Manager at local store blatantly refused to provide documentation for service history, including actual invoices for what I paid for services. I took my vehicle in because the air conditioner had stopped working.

I was called a few hours after drop off and told that they had found the issue and also that there was a separate issue as well. As soon as this separate issue was mentioned, I asked for clarification because that was supposed to have been fixed when I had taken my vehicle in for inspection leas than 2 months prior. The manager was unsure of what had happened and I let him know that I was refusing their recommended service and coming to pick up my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was provided with a quote, a detailed invoice, and receipt of payment for the service that was provided that day.

I then requested copies of the documentation from each of my prior visits as well, for my entire visit history (a total of maybe 3-4 visits). I was provided quotes from each service date and he went over the information with me. He reviewed the information several time and spoke to me as if I didnt understand what he was saying each time I asked him for documentation showing exactly what was done. Me mentioned that there were notes in my account from the technician that this service was recommended since my visit prior to my last and that it should have been completed when I was there at the most recent visit for my inspection because I permitted them to do it.

I requested that documentation as well, and also again requested the finalized documentation from each visit that showed what I was charged for and what service was performed.

He told me that he could not provide me any additional documentation from any of my prior visits other than the quotes for each service. I am reaching out now to again request complete documentation of each of my visits be provided to me.

Something happened to my truck

I took my truck for brakes they called and said I t didnt need brakes. I told them to check all tires because they only looked at one side previously and 2 days lates I had to take it back for brakes.

So they said they were going to take it back into shop and will call. They didnt call so my husband called they said they were busy and would call back. Called back about 12ish. Said it didnt need brakes and I can pick it up.

I went inside got the key first thing I did was open the trunk to see if the rotors I purchased was there and they were. But then I went to close the trunk it wouldnt close . I tried numerous times I had to manually close it from the inside. Thought it was weird but I said I would look at it at home.

I get in and check my mirrors and my driver side mirror is facing the ground so I hit the button to move it but it doesnt move . Then I noticed lines in my mirror. My mirrors dont have lines in them. I look at my passenger mirror no lines.

So now I think something happened to my car. I go home I didnt go inside I told my husband to come out and look at the mirror and the trunk. He called mat and ask did something happened to the mirror he said no. Mercedes doesnt sell two different mirrors I been driving my car for years.

And I noticed oily finger prints on my mirror. I called first thing the next morning rob said he worked on my car and nothing happened to it but mat would call me back. Never got a call. I emailed corporate office they told me each Meinekee is independent and call them.

I did thats why Im contacting you. I asked for owner information they said they will forward my email.

I havent heard back. I dont know what to do at this point I think they broke my mirror and replaced it with a cheap one

Still not resolved, I recommend everyone stay away.

Impossible to get a hold of customer service, just hangs up. Management has no customer service skills at all. Rude and incompetent. A simple brake service became a huge fiasco and still not fixed.

The meineke location on west Washington in Indianapolis Indiana store 1592 has my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee since August 22 to replace a bad motor that is under Meineke warranty and still fixed and everytime i call they tell me they are waiting on the warranty company for approval not making one effort to call and find out what is going on and my car is sitting outside in a lock fence and i still paying on this car and need my car and i feel they are not concerned on getting this done and we only have one other vechile that is now having issues which is a older car and i need transportation to also find employment i am not a happy customer and will never recommended anyone to this location

I went in to get oil change. I sit there for a whole hour. Said nothing about doing additional work on my car. The managers stating he sent me a text through my phone. That I click on the link to improve the work on the sway bar. I got on the phone called my husband. What Kind bull are yall trying to run on my wife. Told the Manager take off the new sway bar and put the old one back on. They crack my sway bar. Its was not making any noise when I pulled up for services not it broken by the tech. I would to be paid for damages to my truck

I brought my car in for an A/C recheck (because I had a coupon). My A/C has been coming on and off, and blowing hot air out of the floor. The Technician Keith persuaded me to do a diagnostic test ($129 of which he said took 2 hours, $129 x 2). He said I had to remove and replace HVAC Blower motor and resistors. $1200 in repairs and still have the problem. Took it back to them only for Keith to now recommend that I "pay" for an A/C recheck. Paid it. Now the problem is something with the A/C motor which he wants me to pay for the part and labor. AGAIN!!

About the Cooper tires Meineke put on my car just 2 years ago this month

I had to replace the Cooper tiresI had put on my car (80,000) GF5 Grand touring with a H rating rating from the store in Eatontown, NJ. Just 2 years ago this month. These tires were the incorrect tires for my car because they were already bald and my alignment was way off, which could have caused a huge problem. All of this of my pocket . My car has been in the shop for over 3 months

Theres an oil leak coming from the engine is what they are telling me but they can not seem to find it. I have paid a lot of money as well as using my vehicles warranty trying to fix the car but every time there is still an oil leak. Collin the supervisor confirmed it was ready for pick up a few weeks ago so I have been making money to pay for what my warranty wouldnt and now there is apparently another oil leak that they didnt seem to find in all the time they have had my car

And I truly believe they knew the problem wasnt fix. Called me and asked could I come pick the truck up around 2:30 when I got there they where already closed up just waiting on me and they dont close till 5:00 on Saturday. Soon as I payed the rushed out the door locked the building and beat me off of the lot.

I tried 4 times to speak with corporate associates but no one pick phone on Monday . They messed up my car . They hold my car 4 days in the shop . They do trribble job on my car . My whole engine is leaking oil after your technician finish job . I bring car 2 times in the shop after that. But they dont do anything yet . I paid for that $1400 I lose my job 5 day . Got a oil change as well as brake and new tires May 25 for my car to be smoking on the side of the road Saturday May 28th due to my oil plug being missing cause my motor to lock. Took it back to meneike on freedom Monday at first they was taking full responsibility until Tuesday the manager was claiming it was my fault due to the fact I was able to drive 800 miles before car broke down.

I would have been able to drive 800 plus miles if my oil change was done correctly there is no way that the drain plug would have been missing if was put on correctly. The drain plug uses a special tool to be able to put on and take off . Its been over a week Im left with no car no response to this situation..

left a message for corporate and still havent heard nothing back. My Hyundai Electra 2017 had no prior issue just need oil change and brakes new tires was recommended by meneike employee which I did get.
