Meineke - Customer Care Review
On 9/6/14 I went in because I heard clicking and popping in my front wheels. I told them I think its my brakes.
They brought it in and look at it sayin no, it's your lower control arm on both sides. I didn't argue r ask no questions. Because this is where I've always came too and never had a problem! I had to go around and found my own parts , came bk put they put it on, and I still heard the same clicking and popping noise!
Came bk and they look again and told me something different! Now at this point I'm starting to get frustrated! Now they said I need tire rods on both sides! Manager George said, u get them will put them on, I'm like the ***!
I said why did u tell me I needed one thing now it's something different! I'm like I Don't have money to guess what the problem is! If you don't know I can take it some where else! I said.
Can I at least get my money bk please. He said o no, how bout u don't have to pay for labor! I said ok but I would like my money bk! He said you have to speak to my boss Joe after weeks I finally talk to Joe!
He argue and disagreed so much! I said I will never come bk! He said o well my conversation with you finish! He didn't care about losing no customer!
I lost $155.66! That was just for labor! Parts I bought was $138.00 that I didn't need! Took my car to someone else come to find out!
I needed brakes and rotors all around! $450.00 that meineke could have made but poor services! I really would like to have my money back please that I wasted at 330 E.
